I decided last minute to book onto a holiday with my sister and brother in law whom had already booked there's through Sue @Hays Travel. I thought i would need a few days to think about it but with help from Sue i booked straight away. She was lovely and friendly and very efficient, sorting my holiday with excellent service . I will defiantly get back in touch with her if i book another holiday in the future

Sue had put so much time and effort into creating a booking within budget for a girls trip to Jamaica. She was so Informative every step of the way. Sue is such a wonderful travel agent and such a personable lady. Unfortunately, we cancelled our trip, for Personal reasons, nothing to do with sue. I actually felt guilty in doing that as sue helped us so much with that booking. I will defo have her on speed dial for future holidays.

Sue was excellent in her whole approach to our bespoke requests.
I didn't think the package Sue put together was possible but she achieved it, remarkable work and great communication.

Sue was amazing, she looked high and low for the right holiday and flights for us. She was super patient, good humoured, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Sue is an asset to the company and I will definitely be asking for her assistance with future bookings.
