Friendly professional services always, got exactly what we wanted and more.

Maddison was extremely helpful from start to finish. After enquiring about a particular holiday to eventually booking something totally different :), she listened to what we needed and gave a variety of options, she checked back to make certain we had all the info and if there was anything else we needed.
This went on for 2 days and Maddison was very patient with me.
She found us a great deal and we got it booked.
All info was sent over and again Maddison checked back in with me to make certain I was up to date with everything. I really appreciated the check backs and patience.
She was extremely helpful, professional and not pushy, more of a guidance than anything else to steer us to the holiday that best suited.

I contacted the store via facebook online to make initial enquiries for the holiday I booked.
The staff went above and beyond to make the booking possible for me.
It’s been a long time since I have had the opportunity to travel abroad and the girls in store were so helpful and were able to answer any questions I had and gave me more information for my future travel plans.
