Lovely lady very helpful and tended to my booking quickly and efficiently. The only thing that I was a bit puzzled about was you not having a card reader for payment, didn't feel comfortable about that, but checked with my bank later to confirm. Would be happier if I could pay the balance with a building society cheque, but still! not her fault.
