Very prompt and efficient service from Gemma in Tavistock. We had very limited dates, not a lot of ideas but a meaningful discussion later we had ourselves a holiday we had not even considered. Thank you Gemma for making our lives a bit easier (for once!)

The manager was very knowledgeable, sharing the experiences of her family who have undertaken a similar holiday that we booked. The option of interest free monthly repayments to pay for the holiday was a bonus.

As well as understanding our latest requirements by way of detination & location the girls at Hays also recalled our previous needs without us needing to spell it all out again. Organising the car parking, airport lounge and the boarding passes in both direction - brilliant!
