First time booking through a personal travel agent and I have no complaints at all. Managed to get a slightly cheaper price than booking direct with jet2 which is a big plus for me.
Would definitely use again.
Terri was super friendly and efficient. She has also been to the hotel that we are booked into which is really reassuring.
