Staff always friendly and helpful.
Found our holiday in a brochure, looked on line for price and availability. Went into our local Hays Travel branch, and member of staff, Tom, was very helpful. Matched the price and booked our holiday. All took less than 30 minutes

Once again Hannah has come up trumps…
Once again Hannah has come up trumps with our family holiday for 24 people. It wasn’t easy as we had a budget that we couldn’t go above but as usual she pulled out all the stops and was working until 6pm to get the deal finalised for us. Thank you Hannah.
