Think you so very very much for the exceptional service whilst booking a Safari with you. Your knowledge, professionalism, exceptional attention to detail and sense of humour made booking stress free despite my crazy questions! So much so that I’m putting my trust in you once again to book a cruise and I’d highly recommend you to anyone!

We have booked several holidays with Vanessa. The first being a once in a lifetime trip to Singapore, Perth. Sydney, Vietnam, Thailand and Dubai. Vanessa put together an amazing holiday including flights, hotels and transfers. Unfortunately this was at the beginning of covid and we had to abort at Sydney. Vanessa was instrumental in helping us get home. Since then we have booked Lake Como, Mauritius and more recently Sri Lanka with Vanessa i am always looking at Vanessa's Facebook page for new ideas for our next holiday. I would thoroughly recommend Vanessa

From the first message to ask her if she could help to book a surprise cruise for my parents 50th wedding anniversary to finish.
I messaged with a few places and with an hour she was back to me with a few suggestions she’s had put together.
She then tailored it all once chosen to incorporate everything from WiFi to drinks package a great cabin and really went above and beyond .
Definitely the fairy godmother of holidays

We contacted Vanessa and was very particular about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see and in less than 2 days we had our own tailored made holiday completely stress free and that matched all our needs and wants. The whole process was so easy, from interest free payments and having a full itinerary sent to us. On the run upto the holiday we were provided with all the information and much more. Vanessa has been great, any questions she would answer immediately whether it was a weekend, morning, evening, etc. I would 100% book with Vanessa again, thank you. We are so excited to go !!

Vanessa (our agent) went above and beyond (and continues to do so) to help us book what we think will be our best cruise yet. She has been available in AND out of office hours to advise us, and tailor make our holiday to our exact needs. Can’t thank her enough for all she’s done.
