Previously booked krakow with Victoria, she was amazing from start to finish therefore I've booked another holiday through her. She was very helpful, researched all holidays I requested, gave me plenty of options. Very professional and lovely. Listens to what sort of holiday I wanted and she took her time finding the best ones. Gave me all information needed and made sure I fully understood all T&Cs. Really lovely travel agent highly recommend
