Victoria is an absolute star
Well what can I say about Victoria. I have booked 3 previous holidays with Victoria so decided to contact her again when I wanted to have a holiday in lanzarote, giving her details of our requirements. She provided me with a choice of hotels with a list of pros and cons of each for me to decide which one I preferred. Once I made my decision, she quickly and professionally made our booking and provided me with the confirmation. She also advised me that she would contact TUI to arrange assistance at the airport which was a great help during our most recent holiday. Victoria is a credit to the company for her dedication and professionalism.
