I went in for travel advice on Tuesday 29th and Jessica was brilliant giving me lots of ideas .
I phoned up to book it and got speaking to Emma who was equally good.

Joshua was a very knowledgeable young man, enthusiastic, polite and well traveled. We initially booked a 4 day city trip to Krakow with Joshua’s advice and knowledge.
My wife and I also popped into Barrhead Travel opposite Hays with a different enquiry to be met with a member of staff of which could not be bothered, looked like she had arrived at work after a heavy night out and was not polite at all so we quickly left that so called travel agency.
My wife and I then had a quick coffee and we both discussed our options and plans for our main holiday of 2025 and then I went straight back into Hays looking for advice for a holiday to either USA or Japan liaison through Joshua.
Joshua and the Hays team working on Saturday morning made me feel fully confident to book our main holiday to Japan in September 2025 through Hays Travel. The team at Victoria Square should be commended for their enthusiastic and hospitable approach to dealing with customers. Thank you to the Team

Hays Travel staff great work is let down by @Easyjet holidays experience.
