Great Customer service. I reached out to customer service for a missing item in my order, they immediately responded and it turns out one of my items were embedded in the box I received. Lessons learned, I should have opened the box before reaching out to customer service. Thanks for your help!

My experience with HB London was excellent from start to finish. The correspondence has been wonderful from Sammie, she has kept me informed throughout the process. Ive received the suitcases in tip top condition and in a tight window before my holiday, with plenty of packing days. I’m so pleased with them they are beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. I had an issue with my new suitcase just after I first purchased it and Sammie at the company organised me a replacement without any issue. I’ve had a couple of suitcases of them previously and they are very well made and of good quality.

Terrible customer service, ordered on the 8th of December. Original case arrived damaged & dented. Replacement sent to the wrong address at the end of January. No response when company contacted and asked for money back. Avoid using this company. A huge amount of money to waste on such poor quality products and poor customer service.

The case not only looks stunning but is incredibly sturdy and totally protects the phone. Would thoroughly recommend the case and HB London. Amazing customer service from Sammie too. Many thanks.

I have used HB London for a while now. i always buy phone cases from them they are the best cases i have ever found. my phone is always protected with their tough cases. However, i had a problem with one cases i ordered it was the wrong size. The team managed to fix this problem with no questions asked there were 100% amazing and so professional. I will never use anyone else ever.

Ordered a suitcase over a month ago and still hasn't been dispatched despite them telling me between 7-10 days, also rude customer service and are now ignoring my emails

I ordered a large suitcase in November, promised delivery by 8th December. I had no communication until I chased them to be told the supplier was having problems sourcing the suitcases. I requested a refund to be offered alternatives of a medium case or a voucher - neither satisfied my requirement so I asked for a refund instead. There were not willing to refund as they said that my order had ‘started to be processed’ (despite them not having any of the suitcases I ordered!). It took several emails stating my rights before they agreed to refund me. This was agreed 9 days ago. I still have not received the refund and have had no response to several emails asking when I am likely to receive it.

Ordered a suitcase from HB and I’m so glad I did! After some issues with delivery due to the time of year, this was quickly resolved with the quick email response from Sammie from HB London, who quickly reassured me. My case today arrived and I’m amazed with the quality! My suitcase is absolutely stunning and I’m just in love, would definitely recommend HB London
