Sending debt collection emails on behalf of eHarmony attempting to collect for a service that wasn't delivered.(They claim I'm liable for subscriptions even though my account was disabled by eHarmony after 3 months because I cancelled the subscription. What was used was paid for. ) Spain based.

Chasing for money for hello fresh which didn’t arrive for 3 weeks, and no-one from either HCM or Hello Fresh were helpful or cared that I had paid over £100 for food that didn’t arrive.

Just had a call, thanks to checking reviews they have just called us and said “guess who HELLO FRESH AGAIN” and they are emailing us. Are they based in Alicante?

Said money was owed on a Hello Fresh account that had been settled, the amount they said was owed was different from an amount Hello Fresh said was owed. Tried to call numerous times and you get asked to leave a message and they will call you back.
I rang Hello Fresh who said they do use HCM international, I have had problems for months with Hello Fresh that said I had an outstanding amount when I had sent proof of payment numerous times. This has today finally been proved as I was so persistent on the phone and demanded this be sorted today.
My advice would be if you receive an email from HCM international and they say who the apparent money is owed to deal with that company direct. I will never use Hello Fresh again.

Scam, stated I had a HelloFresh payment I needed to pay to an account, I've never used HelloFresh.

Very highly likely a scam company, will claim you owe a debt on an account that has already been settled, will ignore any requests for proof of debt or that the account has been passed to them from the initial company and will instead pressure call you for money. Do not pay them, if you think you might owe the company they claim to be collecting for money - contact that company directly and they will deal with it. Do not pay these guys. I almost did and then started asking questions and they got really upset, which is very suspicious!

I had settled a payment where I had been charged wrongly - this company (HCM) have sent me emails saying I owe money and to pay but I tried ringing (asked to leave details and they’ll ring back), then whatsapped them and it’s very shady

They send you an email with no title , demanding that you pay the amount in full , when you call to ask what the debt is actually about , they cannot provide the information relating to the amount owed. When you do finally get the information About the debt, they refuse to set up a payment plan , but instead threaten you with fines / or threaten to send bailiffs to remove your property. Absolute joke of a company and will be reporting them to the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) .

You write to them asking why things are due and they never get back to you only send another reminder of money owed! For all you know they are a scam and if I hadn't taken it upon myself to search for evidence of the matter at hand they would have most likely made me incur another fine for their incompetence! They give you a title and expect you to pay them! They could be anyone and were non-existent when I asked who they were and why I owe anything! Just sent another I owe them! Absolutely diabolical!
