I was told on the phone the cost for a disinfestation against fleas was about 130€. Turned out to be over 800€ when the person arrived! The treatment did non work. As I paid extra for a 6 month guarantee, I called them back. As soon as I explained the situation they HANGED UP on me! Never answered to my calls again. I reported it to the police and to the fraudehelpdesk.
