I have been waiting more than two weeks for wool that
I purchased on 15th May. I emailed HSC crafts three days ago to cancel my order as it is taking too long, I am still waiting for a reply.

NOT HAPPY.

The only supplier that went the extra mile to supply me with the colours & items i requested.Will certainly be using this company in the future.

I love the oh so competitive prices and although like everybody, I hate paying postage, the overall cost still competes favourably with your competitors. The web site is somewhat limited and rather slow to respond. Maybe a little tweaking will improve the over all experience It is because of this and the limited product range that I can only give 4 and not five stars.

wool delivered in 3 days. very reasonable prices

A really easy site to negotiate, with lots of choice of products. I've bought both through Ebay and also directly through their website and I always have a pleasant, stress-free experience.

Have just heard from Tricia who has agreed to cancel my order as I am going on holiday and with the bank Holidays may not get it in time
So I would use this company again but would allow more time for delivery. .

I have to say that the lady I dealt with, both by phone, and later visiting the office in Olney, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

On top of which, the pricing was excellent. What more can you ask for?

Great ordering system but I did find that it took time for the pages to load . Going from cart to checkout took longer than expected.

Excellent service, delivery well packaged and arrived ahead of schedule.

Excellent price of item and communication.

I like your web site with all the different things you sell but I find it difficult 2 use the on line order information not very clear

Fast, easy transaction and lovely wool!

I was delighted to find the wool I wanted at such a good price and it arrived earlier than expected too.very good service.

Patterns arrived - original items and not photocopies I had a couple of years ago from another source - and very pleased with them. Delivery only a day later than expected and - what a nice surprise - an extra pattern!! Thank you for this - much appreciated.

I will definitely order from this company again and reccomend them to others.

i would recommend this co, as being a small concern, I feel you get that little bit more consideration, they have not always had my orders in stock but have kept me informed of the situation followed by prompt delivery ,plus they have very competitave prices. I would definatly recommend this company as i have had nothing but good old fashioned service
