I contacted HD1 Fitness in Llandrindod…
I contacted HD1 Fitness in Llandrindod Wells with a simple question: asking for their name and proper contact details after raising a legitimate issue.
Their response? They accused me of trying to “blackmail and rip off small businesses” — on record.
Sadly I cannot upload the message image.
This is how they treat customers who ask basic questions. Is this how a professional business should behave?
I believe the public deserves to know.

Fantastic gym in mid Wales llandodd wells, amazing atmosphere there staff are clients are friendly I will definitely be returning there in the future to smash another solid workout.
