Recently called and had the pleasure of dealing with Kim P. She was efficient and saved me money on my house insurance. I will definitely be calling her when it’s time to renew my auto insurance. I will also be referring anyone who needs a quote to HDF Insurance.

We dealt with Kandy on a more complicated insurance issue. We had records from 3 different provinces and were trying to arrange both auto and tenant's insurance. I can honestly say I have never had such competent, responsive, efficient service as I got from Kandy!

Phone messages left were replied to almost immediately, as were emails. She was very clear in her communication and got us a great package, at a much better price than my current company. And it was all done in a very short period of time, immediately before the holidays, no less.

We can't recommend Kandy and HDF highly enough! So pleased to have them as our new insurance provider!

My broker is Leonard Belland for the last 10 years, not counting really, could be more. There are many reasons for that. He is a great human being, always in a good mood, great listener, attentive the my requests and questions. Return my calls and e-mails quickly. As a broker having access to many insurance companies, he is always looking for the best offers and services out there.

Home Insurance lapsed due to the fact I moved and my "filing system" had not been set up properly.
In the end of it all, my agent was able to provide a better rate than what I had previously.
