Absolute disgrace of a company. The treatment of my elderly parents was completely unacceptable and I am now being ignored when an acknowledgement of their failures and an apology would go a long way. Thankfully in terms of their work it looks like they have done us a favour by not completing the job they quoted for. Definitely would not recommend.
Completely took advantage of my elderly parents who paid hundreds of pounds to repair the boiler they installed incorrectly. Complained to the company and asked for parents to be reimbursed as they had to pay another company to fix the boiler. They responded with the lengthiest techy unhelpful email and no refund!
Fitted a new ATAG boiler which leaked, then failed to keep the appointment to mend it due to 'illness'. Told us to go elsewhere when we complained!
