The wig cap is the best I’ve ever had in my heat. It is a little more money than the nylon one but it’s worth is it literally fits like a glove!

My personal experience is that it took 4 days from receipt of order to the date of shipping. That seemed excessive. Wasn't that thrilled with the price or the shipping cost either.

Their website states that they thoroughly vet their products, and that they are of high quality. The item I purchased was cheap looking, cheesy, and looked nothing like the picture on the website. Also, the return policy is extremely convoluted with various conditions. Important information regarding eligibility, shipping, restocking fees, store credit, etc is not provided upfront. I actually ended up keeping the horrible item I purchased because I would lose too much money by returning it. Shop around!

I'm trying to return one of the hats I ordered, HA12047A-4410, but have not had a reply as to how to do this.

I ordered a head scarf after noticing more hair loss lately with my chemo/radiation treatments. I was anxious to find ways to present myself more confidently. So I really looked forward to my first scarf. Problem was that I never received any order number or link to track my shipment. I am still waiting for the order and I have no way to track it.

The hat I ordered is stylish and comfortable and provides the visor I need when I do water aerobics!

Well, on the night of Feb 27th about 10:30ish. I decided to order 2 cotton hat. The ordering & payment parts went well. But when I went to check out, I entered the wrong billing & mailing address (I have neuropathy in fingers). Well by this time the Headcovers Unlimited office was closed for the week. On Monday early morning called and spoke to a young lady (she told me her name but my chemo brain has kicked in) and explained my mistake. This young lady was so kind and patient. She assured she had corrected my addresses.And my hat would be delivered timely. Well my package arrived on time. Thanks to her. I am sorry I can't remember her name. But if she remembers taking my call. Please know how much I appreciate her being kind patient and compassionate.
I have purchased hats from Headcovers Unlimited in 2018 and got the same service.
I ordered another hat to gift to my friend this week got the same service. And am now waiting on another friend to decide on a hat I want to gift her. Easy to find most of what I was looking for. The head turbans are very soft. The craftsmanship of the head covers is very well done. The headcovers will be very useful to prevent sunburn for me this summer while I am hoping my hair grows back.
