will never order from them again. I ordered headphones in stock and they were also in stock hours after I ordered them. they said the item would ship that week and then they put me in a pre order backorder pile so I had to wait over a month to actually get the product that was in stock but wasn't?
I am ordering from another company now that starts with a B and they have been amazing.
Can't respond to reply's directly so I will here. Headphones.com's HDB 650 page did not Cleary say it was backordered in fact it had zero mention at all of backordered until later on in the day. I was extremely early when they had stock and it even gave me a shipping date clearly the same week I ordered it and then they changed it and put me in the back order pool. Don't try and lie and blame your customers for your mess up.

The Sennheiser HDB 630 were marked as backordered at the time of your purchase with the page clearly displaying backorder. Unfortunately they were an item that vastly outsold Sennheiser’s expectations and Sennheiser had a difficult time keeping up with demand. I do see in conversations with our staff that they gave you an accurate as possible timeline on when the headphones would arrive based on information given to them from Sennheiser along with the option to cancel for free at any time.

Still North America's best headphone company. Unless you're buying from Bloom Audio because you live close and can audition a set, I don't know what you're doing in the USA or Canada not buying anything they carry over the competitors.
The IEM's themselves were like a 4/5. I'm sorry that neutrality combined with being spoiled by technical performance of other things, this was just boring. I'd love to see a CrinEar flagship, there's amazing tuning talent here, but constantly putting out balanced IEM's in the $20-$350 range gets pretty stale.

Perhaps, like me, you remained content with your Zune & Klipsch X10 earbuds. They sounded "great." I had built an impressive library, then Zune quit.
I transferred everything that could transfer, contingent upon music rights (that seem to change daily), to Google Music. I built my library back up because surely, deja vu wouldn't strike twice...
I transferred even less to YouTube Music. At this time I decided to get back in the HI-FI game. I explained everything to the TEAM. They LISTENED! I purchased their recommended Focal Bathys. I LOVED THEM! They sounded PHENOMENAL! But, I still needed more.
We discussed physical media vice streaming because of my historical perspective. My severe Service Connected Disabilities & serious Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) & Neuropathy ruled out Vinyl! CDs won!
They recommended Naim Uniti Atom Headphone Edition. I have two, one in my office & one in my MB Suite. They also recommended the Naim Uniti Core Music Server. I purchased Focal Celestee for closed back performance & the incredible Focal Clear for their outstanding open back performance. I also purchased their custom Listenmore XLR Balanced Cables.
I simply can't describe the clarity of the sound of my HI-FI! It absolutely reflects my endgame HI-FI! I currently have >1,750 CDs (>1,500 albums) ripped into WAV Lossless Format onto an internal aftermarket 8TB HDD in my Naim Uniti Core Music Server.
Music reflects my Pain Mgmt Therapy Regimen! My HI-FI brings a smile to my face despite the horrendous nerve pain!

Good communication
Good communication, and fast shipping. It really was painless, and they’ve got a great return policy for someone like me who bought headphones based on reviews, as it’s hard to find anywhere to listen to a pair before purchasing. I ordered a pair of Dan Clark Noire XO’s. Now that I’ve got them, I’m relieved to hear that they sound exactly like what I had hoped. I will be keeping them.

Great company but...
I am sure this company provides outstanding service please read the reviews by others. Despite the 365 day return policy most of the popular headphones are designated "final sale". What does that mean No Return if you don't like your selection. This is very restrictive. Not 15 days not 30 days but 0 days! Also many if not most of the most desirable models are sold out. I would rather take my chances with Amazon at least you can return the item during the first 30 days. Here are some examples HE 1000 Stealth "Finale Sale", Arya Organic "Final Sale", HE 1000 Unveiled "Final Sale", Ananda Planar Finale Sale, Meze 109 pro Back ordered, Audeze LCD X Back ordered. Please don`t take my word for it check the website. I did not purchase from this company as every item I was interested in was "Finale Sale" or Back Ordered.
