I ordered a keyring with a coin dated the year of our marriage for my wife for our anniversary.
I ordered it on the weekend and paid for following working day delivery. I raised a query with the company online and had an immediate response and the gift was safely received as promised.

Purchased a necklace as a birthday present for “ her indoors “ she absolutely loved it, so I purchased a bracelet as a Christmas present again, she absolutely loved it and scored a few brownie points. Would definitely recommend and use again

Browsing for a gift for wife and came across the heads &tails website ... some lovely little jewellery items and decided on a silver sixpence from 1966 in a gold knecklace .... oh my days .... its beautiful and although wife not seen it yet i know she will love it ... cracking price and paid a little extra for personal message on back ... its beautiful ... came within 5 days of placing order (including weekend) well done Heads & Tails and a massive thankyou 👏👏👏

The item received looked cheap with a penny stuck onto the front of the hip flask. The business owner claimed that it was welded on and due to the shape of the flask, there would be a gap at the top of the penny. The website does not accurately reflect this as photos show the penny sitting flush against the flask. Due to the gap, it looks stuck on and cheap. Most definitely not worth the price tag. Item was returned. 2 stars only given as delivery was quick.

Worst customer service ever. Returned a necklace bought from the US. Had all mail receipts. Both US and international documentation. Claimed they never received the return. I would NEVER do business with this company.

Really impressed quick on sending out the items ordered,& lovely quality really nice solid jewellery just love both my bracelet & necklace ordered in memory of mum & Dad very happy customer.The engraving very clean & clear on the back as well.

Bought the 1965 sixpence cufflinks as a 60th birthday present for my husband. They are a lovely quality! Much nicer than I expected, given the reasonable price. Arrived promptly, engraved and nicely packaged. Delighted customer!

Recently ordered a piece of jewellery from Heads and Tails. it was an irish 50p on a chain and I had it engraved. The service was impeccable, communication via text was prompt and attentive. The piece arrived in extra quick time and we were above satisfied with the product (and wee additional piece).

Very positive experience purchasing an engraved 1975 50p piece key ring for my son’s 50th birthday. Nicely made, solid but not too heavy to carry and is a reliably quality present for a special event - nice box too.

Found this company online as we had a few coins left by my late father that we wanted made into necklaces.
Had a really quick and friendly response through their website and kept us updated with the process of getting our request completed. In less than a week had received our beautiful keepsakes. Can’t wait to gift them to my family.

I ordered two sets of cufflinks and both are amazing, exactly as promised in very nice presentation boxes.

What impresses me most, though, is that I had a query and sent an email at 9.15pm thinking someone would pick it up in the morning but I got a reply (that addressed everything) at 11.46pm the same evening. I see a recent review querying the customer service but my experience couldn't have been further from that, it was great.

Such a shame to be leaving a negative review. 3 items ordered, had a problem with one of them so I emailed the help email, had one response asking for a picture which I sent and have not had a response. I’ve also sent a couple of follow up emails but it would seem I’m being ignored. It would have been 5/5 if they had rectified the issue and provided me with some kind of customer support/ service but on this occasion it has been non existent. The other items were lovely, the gift wrap really nice and speedy delivery.

As far as I’m concerned, nothing needs improving and you’ve got the formula spot on. Beautiful product, attractive packaging, fast efficient delivery… if only every business operated like you!
