The tablet itself is ok for its price but...

The tablet itself is ok for its price, but:

- the company offers no automatic updates whatsoever, only manual update if insistently requested to their assistance. I got just 1 main update from android 12 to android 13, and I have to erase the memory in order to install it.
- There's no way to find parts. I broke the touch screen (regular glass, not guerrilla of course) and that's it. The only option I have now is to use it with a plugged in keyboard and mouse.

Still, the item itself is not bad for its price. In case you want to buy an headwolf tabled, I suggest to go through via a vendor that offers extra insurance, so at least you'll be able to get your money back as soon as any part will break.
