Claiming I never paid bill but I have proof with my bank. I have been trying to contact someone via email no one is responding. I called the lady said well it says you did not pay so you didn’t, I said I have proof she said oh well I can’t help you. I didn’t think this kind of practice was legal.
The worst company I ever dealt with. Customer support on the phone is horrible and extremely racist. I just spoke with someone earlier and they kept repeating "This is Germany! there are rules"! then she hung up on me. This is extremely unprofessional and a horrible treatment towards anyone.
I also had problems with them in the past, they operate like bots not willing to understand the customers issues. In the past I was only able to solve issues with them through my Orthodontist.
