A very informative day, I feel confident in my knowledge and it has been an overall pleasant experience.

I was unable to get an exam that matched my days due to work commitments however, the person I spoke to said I can book this whenever. I have now been told the course has expired after 90 days and I have lost my £100 for the course. This is poor service, as the dates that were available I couldn't commit to due to work. I have contacted the company today, to be told I would have to pay again. So I have lost out on £100.

Ryanair-like deceptive costs advertising. Company advertises a package (£90 special offer!) to include 100% online course. I wanted e-learning specifically but once I paid the money the option for e-learning was part of the 'fast certification package' which (you guessed it) was an additional £30 or so. I think this is officially called 'predatory pricing' or 'taking the customer for a ride' in my local parlance. Same sharp practice at the end when I was sent an email to get the card itself for £45. Nice that they sent the invite but a quick google showed the official CSCS card to be £36. Nice margin if you can lure the unsuspecting. So basically, training is about trust in the institution and I'm afraid mine was lost on signup with tricks 'Ryanair' would be proud of.

Mel went through all the units and made us all understand what they was about. Great teacher

Basically i had booked all inclusive course for green cscs card but ended up not booking it after payingthe fees of 175 pound and i just wanted to get my money back but after 6 emails nd around 10 calls in 3 weeks i haven't got any email back and none response other than an excuse that they will transfer my request to finance dipaartment and they say each time i ring them but nothing happens . I will suggest not to get ur money stuck to this shit and book straight from cscs official site

The course was relaxed and informative with plent of rest breaks..

I would ask though that you send more than one email reminder.. one preferably a day before the exam and one on the day if possible..
