Thanks for your feedback and we are sorry to hear you’re disappointed. You originally booked your SSSTS course for December and later rescheduled to April at no extra cost. Unfortunately, when you cancelled the second date a week before the course, we were unable to offer a refund, as per our terms as places are limited.
We do try to be as flexible as possible and regret that we couldn’t meet your expectations this time.

I highly recommend using Health and…
I highly recommend using Health and Safety Training 1st. Accessing the course was straightforward from start to finish. It provides a wealth of valuable skills and is presented in a way that’s easy to understand, using simple language. I gave it 4 stars because it lacks video clip on hand signals , which would have been helpful. There were some technical issues initially, and I received my login details late. However, after speaking with the director, they refunded my money and granted me free access to the course. Once the course is completed, you receive your results immediately and can instantly access your certificate and order your card.
