From the moment my company referred me i was treated with total.professionalism and empathy.
The process to meeting my therapist was quick and very informative.
My therapist was excellent, professional and listened intently to everything I said..she guided me through the process and always checked in at the beginning of each session. I had no great expectations from my time spent with her but realised at the end of our period, I had actually come a long way. I would recommend this organisation to anyone no matter what you are suffering. You could see the genuine need to help, across the whole business and I will certainly be recommending them to anyone who is seeking help and if jeed be, would certainly bot hesitate in returning. Amazing experience with Health Assured - Highly recommend
Such an incredible source to access if you are struggling with mental health. In 6 sessions (once per week), I have changed from a person I didn’t even recognise anymore to the most confident version of myself that I have ever experienced. The advice, information and coping mechanisms I received was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend.
And a special thanks to Claudia.
Claudia was caring, gentle, honest and all around a lovely person to work with. She made me feel comfortable throughout every session and I was able to speak freely about all my issues with no judgment. She has helped me become a much stronger person, and I can’t thank her enough.

I had six weeks of one to one therapy and Laura Smith my therapist was amazing. She listened and helped me to deal and understand my emotions and to deal with situations calmly with my anxiety.I highly recommend .

Great experience - highly recommend
Great experience. There was a very quick call back on submitting request for support and then was scheduled for my course the following week. The initial assessment went well and the staff were really kind, patient and understanding. I'm incredibly grateful for the support received through the 8 week course of sessions, I feel in a much better space to cope and tackle what's to come next. Would highly recommend this service.

Incredibly unhelpful service
Incredibly unhelpful service. Rang at 5pm and was told I'd have a receipt call the same day, but the phone call didn't come until gone midnight the next day and so I missed it. When I tried to ring back the number used wouldn't accept calls, and the follow up text said the this : "Hi (my name), a member of the team from HA Wisdom Wellbeing has just tried to call you following the receipt of a referral. If you would like to give us a call back our number is __. We are here 24/7 so you can call at any time. HA Wisdom Wellbeing. Please do not reply to this message." But failed to actually include a phone number to call, and would not allow for replies over text. Then when I then called the number I originally reached out to, the woman informed me that all my private information would not be kept confidential, and would instead be used to power generative AI tools - something I am morally against in every capacity. After I informed the woman on the phone I was not willing for information about my mental health being used to power AI software, I was transferred to a rude and unprofessional woman named Mary. When she again asked me if I was happy with the 'confidentiality' agreement and I again informed her I did not want my information used for generative AI she gave me a long, huffy sigh before moving on without confirming that my data would not be used for the purposes of AI. Then she asked if I identified as neurodiverse, and when I said no, she gave another long huffy sigh before finally asking what was wrong. Eventually, at 1 in the morning, more than 8 hours after I originally called; I was told what I'd asked for help with was not something they did (despite the woman I rang at 5 not mentioning this at all when I told her what I was calling for). Terrible service, unprofessional staff, and in general just a horrible business.

Disappointing Service and Poor Complaint Handling
Our experience has been extremely disappointing.
We requested support for an employee from Portugal and made it clear that translation assistance was required to ensure everything was fully understood. Despite this, we later found ourselves in dispute over information that we do not believe was properly communicated.
We were initially advised that a refund or credit would be honoured. However, after relying on that assurance, the decision was later reversed. This was frustrating and left us feeling that our concerns were not being taken seriously.
We also have concerns regarding charges applied for an appointment that we understood to be face-to-face but was conducted via Microsoft Teams. We requested clarification and supporting documentation but have had to pursue these matters through a formal complaint process.
What has been most disappointing is the handling of the complaint itself. Rather than resolving the issues raised, we have been passed between departments and directed elsewhere for information that should have been provided as part of the complaint investigation.
We have now requested copies of all relevant documentation and are considering our options regarding the disputed charges.
Based on our experience, we would not currently recommend this service and hope the company takes steps to improve its communication, transparency, and complaint handling procedures.

Catherine is worth her weight in gold and then some. She listened, held space and was human - I've never opened up to anyone quite as much and felt safe to do so. She helped by providing tools that I can use to keep moving forward, the sesisons helped more than I can explain.

A safe space that helped me regain perspective
My counsellor at Wisdom Wellbeing, Sandra Fabowale, was truly exceptional throughout my counselling journey. I came into our first session feeling overwhelmed, emotionally wrecked, and in a very distressed state, struggling to see a way forward. From the beginning, she created a safe and grounding space that allowed me to feel heard and understood without judgement.
Over the following sessions, she helped me slowly regain perspective and step back from the catastrophic thinking that almost consumed me. She made me see beyond my immediate struggles and reconnected me with a sense of self that had felt lost for some time, particularly beyond my professional identity.
Her kindness and support made a tremendous difference at a time when I did not know how I would cope. I am deeply grateful for the care she showed me and for the positive impact she has had on my wellbeing. I would wholeheartedly recommend her and the HA-Wisdom Wellbeing team to anyone who may be considering counselling support.
