This company promised guaranteed pay, a bate and switch tactic!
This company promised guaranteed pay, but only after the shifts were over and a week later, we were told that the guarantee was contingent of approval of the hospital. Almost a month later and we still haven't received the pay, only a pending status for 4 weeks. This is not good business practice!
