DO NOT REGISTER HERE

DO NOT REGISTER HERE! Unfair and dishonest institution. I live in Badhoevedorp and registered for HealthCity Premium in Amstelveen because it allowed us to seldom enjoy a more complete experience with its additional services and classes.
But mine and my family's routine is still in Badhoevedorp and it's impractical and expensive to make it in Amstelveen. Because out membership allowed us enjoy both locations this was perfect.
Except that they sold their unit in Badhoevedorp to Basic fit. The worse part is that the I found out only when I could no longer schedule my workout here and when I tried to reason this with them all they offered was a "buy-out" of my one year contract, which is absurd! It's absurd that I have to pay for their change on terms which are detrimental to me.
I have started my research and am in contact with a lawyer friend for advice and next week I should start taking legal action to exercise my right as a customer.

Very very poor quality of the gym

Dirty showers, broken stuff everywhere (in sauna, machines in the gym), no gym ethics is enforced (weights are not removed after usage and users are not enforced to do that). In general very low standards for a "premium" gym which Healhcity claims to be. The only thing they got lucky with is not many competitors in the area otherwise the subscription will be cancelled in seconds.
