Billing/delivery to different addresses cause canceling of order
I tried placing an order with different shipping/billing addresses 3 times. After the first time, my order was canceled. Upon contact and providing of additional information, I was asked to order once more. Order got canceled again. Tried yet another time, still got canceled.
Product selection and customer services are amazing, but billing system seems to be in need of some improvement.

Health Designs doesn't care about their customers satisfaction
I bought some products and paid for the 1 to 3 business day delivery, however the package arrived 2 days after the 3rd business day (at that time I had left USA).
I returned the package to HD and asked the credit back to my credit card account, but since September 18th HD Customer Support hasn't answered my messages.
This is an unacceptable way of dealing with customers.
Do they really care about their customers?

Awful! Lack of respect with the customer.
I made my order on 04/09/14 and untill today I didn't receive it one. My order must be delivered in Brazil and each company transfers the responsibility to the other one. HD says that is of DHL responsibility deliver my order, DHL says that is responsibility of the Brazil local mail, Brazil local mail says that they didn't receive anything from DHL yet.
I sent several e-mail asking for informations about my package, but nobody answered me!
It's a totally lack of respect with the customer.
I never more will buy in Helthdesigners.com
