My shipping issue was finally resolved after a few emails. Was told first that there policy on lost shipment ...file a loss in 90 days. Well that could be up to 4 months with your money gone. That was my first response from Health Designs when I informed them after waiting a month, and could see clearly with the tracking information that the package was delivered to the other side of the country two weeks earlier. I replied to there response that I was not pleased with that! A week later they replied that they found an error on my account in the address. Indicating that I must have made a mistake when I filled out my account information. Hmmm ... my email address was in my house and street location? In addition I would have thought paying with PayPal, my address would have been verified. Anyway they did refund my money right away. Shipping Internationally can be a little risky and expensive however I would definitely recommend to anyone that Health Designs is quite good at it, doing it economically, and it is worth the risk to do business with them. I will again!

Bought the same date in Bodybuilding and received the order one month ago, bought at Vitacost on the same date and received the order a week ago. Only the order of Healthdesings not yet have news or the expected delivery.

But I think that have less discount coupon than web competitors (i.e bodybuildng.com, iherb.com).

I purchased Amino 222 and it was retained by the Germany post office. I lost the product and my money!
