Title: Worst Experience Ever! Total Scam Feeling 😡

I’m honestly fed up with HealthifyMe. I ordered a Smart Scale, paid for it, and it’s been over 40 days — still nothing! No product, no refund, no proper update. Every time I contact support, they just copy-paste the same useless lines like “Please give us some time,” “By end of the day,” or “By 2 PM” — and then absolutely nothing happens.

This is pathetic service. It feels like they just don’t care once they get your money. I’ve raised complaints so many times, but nobody has taken any real action.

HealthifyMe seriously needs to fix their customer service or stop selling products they can’t deliver. Right now, it feels like a scam. I’ll never recommend this app or their products to anyone.

The app is a good one.. But their paid programs in the name of personalized coach is a scam..
1. The diet chart given by their coaches is worst. Even AI diet charts are better than those. They simply give a general and unpractical chart
2. During call, they will patiently listen and won’t even mind to take actions after that. But will follow up on correct time to close their task. What is the use o it ??
3. After paying and becoming member, you won’t even get 20% benefits of it. But they will urge you to take up pro option.
I lost hope over HealthifyMe..

The Healthify me App doesn’t sync even 25% with the health statistics.

- Walking steps different calories.
- food snap for calories shows
unrelated amounts.- UNRELIABLE !
- The calibration for food amounts is not
enough. Ex: 1.5 cups & 2 cups.
There isn’t a 1.25 cup.
- Same for other food weights also.
- video workouts - complete waste. Unless
you are 100% motivated by YOUR SELF-
don’t invest. Waste of money.
But my coaches were good. So I am trying to complete my year subscription.

Please note the excerise coach has changed so many times and my diet coach is have for 5 years suddenly changed so I asked them for a refund they refused please do not use them as I was clear with my diet coach that I will only sign up if you are going to stay this is false information given just to sign up

Pathetic experience

I signed up with Healthulify with the understanding that I would get structured guidance—one coach for diet (Puja) and one for exercise (Avineet). Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Both coaches did not live up to expectations.

Instead of proactively guiding and motivating me regularly, they often went on breaks without informing me. If I didn’t reach out, there was no follow-up from their side at all. This made the entire program feel one-sided and lacking in accountability.

Dr. Aarchana, who initially introduced me to Healthify, was also unresponsive once the payment was done. After onboarding, there was no genuine support or involvement from her side.

Overall, I felt that the service was not worth the investment. A coaching program should provide consistent guidance, motivation, and follow-up, which was missing here.

The weight scale measurement needs to be improved for user friendly. At least for those who are in their old age, they are not tech-friendly. My parents getting trouble to check out their measurement records… it should be designed for indian old age population at least…

Bad …my dietician is not at all responding …I tried escalating and customer care is even worsed . I don’t know what to do , I am stuck.

Never buy or trust on this company. It's totally fraud they are just cheating the customers. They are sending defective items. I had ordered smart scale but after using only 4-5 months the smartscale stopped working. I placed a return request. They picked up the old one within 2 days but till date they haven't delivered the new smartscale. After a lot of texting they are just giving lame excuses that give us some time but till date they are asking for time only but there is no latest update from the logistics team. Also they don't have any priority to take the matter seriously. There is no contact number of agent whom you can directly contact. They have only opened AI chat box through which your any query will never be resolved. Don't buy anything by mistake from this company. They just looted my RS 2500 for smartscale.

Scamming people and just minting money. They don't understand people and understand money. International clients don't use and employees workimg there please quit.. all the transformation showed here is a scam.Nothing is true here.

I've been using the HealthifyMe AI diet plan for a while now, and honestly, it's been pretty disappointing. I even bought the 1-year plan, hoping it would be helpful.
The biggest issue is the lack of flexibility. If you want to make any changes, customizations, or even tiny tweaks to your meal plan, the AI just doesn't allow it. A simple replacement or adjustment ends up taking forever, if it's even possible to do.
Then there are the calorie calculations. They're often wrong. Seriously, it makes mistakes frequently. It makes you wonder how accurate the monthly reports can be if the daily numbers are off. It's hard to trust a plan when the basic math seems unreliable.
And if you try to get help, don't expect much. The customer support is just as bad. I've discussed these issues with them, and I've gotten no resolution. It feels like a waste of time.
Overall, the HealthifyMe AI diet plan has been a frustrating experience. It's rigid, often inaccurate, and the support isn't there to help fix things. Just wanted to share my honest take.

If it allowed me, I would have given half star. When I joined, they gave assigned me a coach who would change every few weeks, the new coach would start again from the history. My fitness coach's recommended excercise landed me in hospital.What kind of scam are these guys running? I will not recommend anyone to use this app. Don't blow your money here.

Had queries about their smart device weighing machine which tracks 11+ parameters. Reached out to support team for help. They were clueless and were only interested in selling coaching and health plans. One of the coaches actually called me and said i would have to buy the product and the coaching plan first as none of the coaches would have answers to my queries. I didn't need a coach but a product expert but clearly the focus is only on selling subscriptions.

The scanner experience has been disappointing compared to other companies like Sugar.Fit.
1. Delayed Activation: The scanner takes significantly longer to activate and start showing results compared to competitors.
2. Lack of Clarity on Patch Usage: There is confusion and inconsistent communication regarding the two patches. It is commonly understood that they work for 2 × 14 days (a total of 28 days), but that’s not the case in practice.
3. Graph Readability and Timing Issues: The data graphs are not as intuitive or clearly timed as those provided by other companies. This makes it difficult to interpret the readings accurately.

Overall, there’s a need for clearer communication, better user experience, and technical refinement

Selling Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) with near-expired dates is a serious breach of consumer trust & potentially impacts health outcomes. This is fraudulent. We demand an immediate explanation & rectification for all affected customers. #HealthifyMeScam #CGMFraud #ConsumerAlert

The app platform charged me for three months. At the end one leaves empty handed. The audio video for “ personalised “ workouts are not given either individually or digitally on one ‘s mobile/ lap top . Though one has exactly paid for that personalised consultation.
The app has poor navigation fonts and is difficult to use.
It’s luck what coaches you get. The platform doesn’t give any value for money.
