I feel it is better to stay on free plan, but even you stay in free plan they just force you to take some of their plans. The diet plans suggested by their trainers are not customized to the north-south thing. Also the trainers call at wrong times when you are engaged in some other activity. IT IS A BIG MISTAKE to purchase any payment plan in this app. Also for me recently one lady told that they will extend your plan for 4 months period for 4000 bucks but it is still reflecting as 3 months only. Support team is bad.

The coach and trainers may not be fully empathetic of your situation. I have been a user of this app since 2020 and I do not feel very satisfied.AI Feature is the only good recent addition where it gives feedback on your daily intake.

They have the worst support ever. Nobody responds to support emails even though you write like 100 times.

I was approached by one of their cc team member Sana, and i have very clearly explained her about my condition that i have heel spur and planter fascitis so my condition gets worse with any workouts. She promised that if there will be any issues the money will be refunded. I also agreed to her and paid the amount after two weeks my condition got worse and my orthopaedic dr ask me to stop all the activities for a period. When I approached healthify me team they denied to refund the amount. First thing They never asked my for my medical report or test reports before structuring diet plan and excercise plan for me so how they can give me a random structure. They are making people fool Don't get trapped in their sweet talks.

Waste...they are not thinking about health conditions and etc while pausing the course...money waste...

They make you fool tottaly coaches are not available on time and didnt call on time worst experience wastage of money

It's a LEGIT SCAM…… They keep promising big things but provide substandard services. I'm still fa ing such issues with them. And they don't even give you a refund if you want to close the plan midway.

I used the Healthifyme Pro Diabetes plan for 1.5 years & nothing happened. Only lost my money, mental health & peace of mind. Moreover, they will torture you mentally soooo much if you ask them for refund. I've attached the screenshots of my complaint on twitter. PLEASE HELP ME SPREAD THE WORD SO OTHER'S DONT SUFFER.

Very customized and gives good recommendations

I was really enjoying the program till last week but due to my knees injury I can’t join the all workout session in routine. I wished I can pause my program.
There are few coaches, Janavi for the Pilate and Prakruti for the Yoga. They both are wonderful. They work with you in details and with patients. You feel like you have personal trainers.
My diet plan also helped me to control and balance my food. Diet plan is little too much with busy life to prep since I am full time working in USA. I am sure it will be easy for people in India. Definitely I lost weight and looking towards to loose more.
Please let me know if I can pause due to injury so I can enjoy all workouts sessions.

I am still an existing customer and yet to go for 2 months but today i have deleted the app as i was not for use , Again I am writing because I was checking their reviews again and seems they have a lot bad reviews.

I did make a mistake by paying for their service which are not provided at all

I have been on Healthifyme since 2021 and renew it each year the plan for dietitian and studio. They keep changing names from transform studio to lite or pro lite. This time around after paying 20k to renew the same plan, to my shock they have knocked me of the platform studio after 1 month, when clearly she was told on what plan I am looking for. Been on app support for around an hour now. And they refuse to acknowledge, no one is willing to talk, discuss and solve issue. Utterly disappointed, the service quality has gone down, for loyal customers pls think twice before renewing any further

I signed up for 6 months of coaching, and paid $156. I was told by Surabhi when I joined that I had 30 days to cancel. I have emailed them multiple times to do this simple task, starting the week after I signed up but I have received no response. They keep saying they want to talk to me. I don't need to talk. Just cancel and refund my money.
