Agent sounded intelligent re our retired military situation but he got everything wrong in our case. He signed us up with Aetna Mcr Eagle. He said we were immediately eligible, we are not eligible until 10/15. He said we could just get the vision and dental pieces, we cannot. We need to get the whole plan or none. Since we have Tricare for life, we are only missing those two pieces. Bottom line, we are staying pat with what we have, and we waisted some time.

I think it was a very pleasant experience no hard salesman he's playing everything in detail I was quite pleased

I'm very thankful for Scot Giacometti who never gave up even when things did't look good ,but he found a way,thumbs up for him and health IQ

Cornelius explained everything thoroughly we got through the entire process within about an hour and he hooked me up with everything that I needed and what I was looking for with both plans to be combined I'm very happy with my experience and I hope to look forward with my better plan and a better future thank you

I'm so GRATEFUL and THANKFUL for my Representative Alex in San Antonio Tx. She really educated me on the different plans, by comparing all plans to my current plan. She took the time to go over all of my needs in a health plan and did it with a WONDERFUL attitude. She didn't rush or hurry me, and she LISTENED to what was important to me.

My representative, Gerry,couldn’t have covered anything better than he did. Gerry was very empathetic and caring about my situation. All he had was my best interest at heart. I am recommending my friend Gerry to about three other people for the 2023 season.
