The medical care you receive is decent

The medical care you receive is decent. I have been trying to cancel my account and I can’t accomplish that. I have called the customer support number repeatedly, and it is almost impossible to get through! I have left messages and no one will call you back. I reached someone once and the person told me no one was available to help me. Today I reached someone who told me it was not their number after the automated attendant said you have reached HealthSapiens! I called the number to schedule an appointment and told them I wanted to cancel and was told to call their support number or email them. It appears I am going to have to cancel my credit card so they can no longer charge me. Beware before you take out an account!

A Lifesaver for My Husband's Stomach Ache: HealthSapiens Review

I am delighted to share my incredible experience with HealthSapiens, as they truly saved the day for my husband and me. My husband had been suffering from a severe stomach ache, and we were dreading the thought of spending our weekend at a crowded doctor's office. Little did we know that HealthSapiens would turn out to be our hero in distress.
From the moment we reached out to HealthSapiens for help, their dedication and expertise were evident. The process was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. With just a few clicks, we gained access to highly qualified healthcare professionals who were ready to assist us. We were amazed by the simplicity and speed of the entire process.
Within minutes, my husband was connected with a knowledgeable doctor through a video call. The doctor was empathetic, understanding, and displayed an impressive level of medical expertise. He carefully listened to my husband's symptoms and asked relevant questions to gather a comprehensive understanding of the situation. The doctor's ability to diagnose and provide guidance remotely was truly remarkable.
Not only did HealthSapiens save us from the hassle of scheduling and waiting for a doctor's appointment, but they also provided valuable medical advice and treatment options. The doctor reassured us by explaining the possible causes of the stomach ache and recommended a personalized treatment plan. He even prescribed medication to alleviate the discomfort, which we could conveniently pick up from our local pharmacy.
The seamless and efficient service offered by HealthSapiens truly exceeded our expectations. The convenience of accessing quality healthcare from the comfort of our own home was an absolute game-changer. It saved us both time and money, and more importantly, it brought much-needed relief to my husband's suffering.
We were deeply impressed by the professionalism and care exhibited by the entire HealthSapiens team. Their commitment to patient well-being is commendable. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband received the help he needed promptly, without compromising on the quality of care.
Thanks to HealthSapiens, what could have been a ruined weekend turned into a swift recovery and an opportunity to spend quality time together. We are immensely grateful for the exceptional service they provided and highly recommend their platform to anyone in need of reliable healthcare assistance.
In summary, HealthSapiens is a true lifesaver. Their dedication, convenience, and commitment to patient care make them a cut above the rest. If you're looking for a solution that combines top-notch medical expertise with unparalleled convenience, look no further than HealthSapiens. Trust me; you won't be disappointed.

Total shitshow

This place is nothing short of a total shitshow. After collecting monthly payments that are automatically charged to my credit card, I went to use them for an illness. What a disaster! I called them several times (5+) within an 8 hour period. Scheduling tells me I have no account. Customer service tells me that I have an account and that my business is so very important to them and they have "escalated" the issue (they tell me this everytime I call) and I would receive a call back shortly. They are fully aware I am sick and need a online doctors appointment yet the urgency just does not seem to be there or they simply do not care. I requested a supervisor twice and was told there was no supervisor available. 26+ hours later, I still have not received a call from them. I urge anyone has experienced this with them to file a complaint with your State Attorneys Office as well as the Medical Board for your local jurisdiction.

This is the most shadiest company I…

This is the most shadiest company I have ever used do not do business with them! I signed up for a risk free trial where they immediately charged me 30 dollars which was supposedly a “hold”. I did not understand why I was charged before the free trial ended. I then went through hell trying to get a refund as they refused to refund me the full amount they claimed I had to pay a “cancellation fee” when this was suppose to be just a free trial. I just wanted to be done with them so I paid the fee but beware of this company they are deceptive.

If I could give a negative star

If I could give a negative star, it would be very appropriate for this shady company.

1. Does not give transparency on medications allowed to be filled. When the purpose of calling is to get medication refills, it should be made aware what CAN'T be filled. ( the whole reason for signing up! ) . Stating that an antidepressant and seizure medication are "controlled substances " is ridiculous.

2. Member account has no useful purpose. You can't cancel membership, etc.

3. Trying to cancel, get ready for the runaround and statements that "we are going to charge a cancellation fee". I did not sign a year contract.

4. When you DO cancel, they tell you didn't. Stating, "you didn't send the 'go ahead' to cancel. I'm sorry but 2 emails , demanding the account be canceled is the go ahead. As said before, there is NO PLACE to cancel this in account nor the link they provide in the (laugh) "CANCELLATION EMAIL" they say you didn't cancel.

It is outrageous these places are doing this, getting away with it and infuriating. Now I have to cancel my bank account and open a new one to keep them from continuing to charge me.

I wanted my account to be cancelled but…

I wanted my account to be cancelled but they say I have to pay for two month’s more before they stop charging me. Does that make sense? NO! A notice is fine but having it a longer time period than the monthly charge is extremely scammy. If I put on a contract, 365-day notice requiree before cancellation, does that mean people should pay it? Whoever wrote the contract and/or people working for the site are aware this is a shady, evil practice preying on people needing online health services. Bascially, the worst type of business that preys on their customers. You’re all going to hell.

MUST READ BEFORE BUYING Healthsapiens

I signed up for a free trial, but instead I was charged for 25$ immediately after I created my account. I have already emailed them 3 times to cancel my subscription and I have received no response yet (talk about good customer service). This “free” trial isn’t at all free. It’s misleading and deceptive. DON’T fall for it.

Ripoff

I am currently a HealthSapiens customer. A few months ago, I discovered that I only had two sessions left with my therapist. When I called to cancel my HealthSapiens service, the representative said I could call back in to have my sessions bucket refilled when I ran out at no additional charge. I used my last session last week. I called in today, and they told me that is not the case and that I have to pay for more sessions out of pocket, even though I've been paying them $150 per month since October of 2020. I had not used a full 8 sessions until last week, and they said that the sessions do not roll over and that my bucket had been refilled in February, so I asked to cancel my account, and they are requiring me to pay for two more months of service just to cancel the account. I will never, EVER use this service again.

Could HealthSapiens be a scam?

I signed-up in August 2020 but was never able to use the service. I called in September 2020 to cancel. They kept charging me $19.95/month until January 2021. They claimed they couldn't find any record of my cancellation request and are now asking for a "$39.95 cancellation fee". Most people told me HealthSapiens was a scam, but I did not believe it, until today.
