This company is also known as Country Living, and I have bought from them for years. They offer a wide range of products, great information, very fair prices and absolutely excellent customer service. They did not have all the items I wanted about 3 weeks ago, so I placed an order with another company, which has never arrived and I cannot get hold of them at all. I placed an order on Thursday with Healthstore and it arrived yesterday, which is exactly the customer srevice you can expect from them. My extremely negative experience with the other company made me want to submit a review for Healthstore as I appreciate them even more now. The other company's phone is constantly engaged and emails are not responded to. When I have had reason to phone Healthstore with a product query they answer efficiently and offer excellent advice. A great company to deal with!
