I really like this service. I appreciate the time the doctors take to answer questions and more. I used it tonight and many times in the past. Thank you, Healthtap!

HealthCrap

Not sure why they sent me this survey MONTHS after I canceled my account (and after I had to get help from the fraud department at my bank to reverse several arbitrary charges they made after my account was canceled), but hey, what the heck! Here goes...

Bad customer service, extremely buggy app, multiple overcharges/unauthorized charges, frequently dropped chat sessions or had them interrupted (through ZERO fault of my own), mostly crappy and/or apathetic doctors, etc. That's basically it, in a nutshell. Run! Run far, faaaaar away from HealthTap.

I don't know what I would do without…

I don't know what I would do without Health Tap. With my busy life, this app and my physician on the app have been the glue to keep me together. Time is very valuable to me, and this app makes my life less hectic and I am more healthy.

Real scam

Useless even to try. The website didn’t offer me doctors in my state, I had to choose from any state. After I contacted one specialist, I had to call the company many times to understand how to send the tests to the doctor. We both couldn’t figure out for TWO days! The company didn’t answer my phone calls and messages. At the end, it turned out that the doctor can’t see my tests because he is licensed in another state, and that there are no such specialists in my state. The program doesn’t stop you and doesn’t show any of these warnings. Do not entrust your health in the hands of negligent frauds. Full scam!

well I have good and bad experience…I would give you five starts if we could solve fix the problem

well I have good and bad experience over there, on one hand there is a leak of Pulmonary Critical Care doctors over there, but the one I have spoken to has been very kind and caring she has taken much time and has alot of experience and excelent knowledge. Even if when you'll google her she won't have good reviews as of her assistan's front desk bedsidemanner behaviour treat into interacting with patients at her surgery doctor's office and sometimes the doctor close her eyes as she would nod or doze off or have dropouts while still talking that's not a big deal for me that dosen't matter, because and that's the big plus she is a very good doctor would consultate her anytime again. also another doctor for infectious diseas is very great has alot of knowledge with alot of experience and is very kind and caring
well I have had a doctor Dr. Hiensch who hasn't response and it seems he has gone suddenly away from health tap that's weired and actually i have consultated another doctor instead and payed 16$ today, but right after paying sometime I have got a notice that I can consultate as a refund another doctor with the same field and suggested the doctor for who I already payed money today I don't understand that why not offering it directly instead of later after I have payed for a new doctor Dr. Gabriel Medina, coz I was in need of help I hope this can be solved fixed it I would give you five stars but for now just 4!
in other case not my issue problem into that what I have been writing about. if you will have problems with the payment and you have prime you can cancel it over the billing part into your account this is not a big deal
well health tap has developed and changed into the last few monthes I'm using it since long time just for check up reminder and health profile, but suddenly I have been in need and had a question and I have got my answers therefore it's very usefull also to get a secound opinion or for those who are at the states a primery care ( as I'm not at the states). I think you can have good or bad luck with the doctors...

The DOCTOR'S not in the house!

I tried to use this service and at the end of all of their questions when they asked for $49.99 I would say no and then it shows a screen saying there's over a thousand doctors that can give free advice. 4 separate times I tried and I didn't get any advice because nobody called nobody emailed nobody did anything because I didn't pay the $50! This is a scam, they just want money and I can almost guarantee the doctor is not in the house.

I have been paying $49 everytime I use…

I have been paying $49 everytime I use the service and when I check my bank statements i have billed $99/month for the service that I never enrolled in. How is HealthTap able to auto enroll me in their plan? I have requested a refund twice of the last fee and now I am disputing the entire recurring charge for the months I have been charged. I never enrolled in a subscription service. This is fraud!

DO NOT USE HEALTH TAP

DO NOT USE HEALTH TAP

I paid for an appointment with a so called online doctor. In the past I have had video appointments, or phone calls.

The doctor never set up a time, just charged me and gave generic advice .

THIS IS A RIP OFF!

I have never been so blatantly ripped off. I asked for a refund and got a barrage of junk e mails in return.
