NO RESPONSE.

Purchased a whole house water filter system which cost hundreds of pounds to buy and have a plumber install, but the company has gone into liquidation and not put on their website where replacement filters can be purchased. Clearly have no conscience. The systems and filters come with no branding whatsoever so I don’t know where to turn! Emails and calls do not work.

I've used this company for over 10…

I've used this company for over 10 years, but they no longer answer phone calls or emails. I think they must have been taken over or closed down. You can send my comments to the Healthy House, but they will ignore it as usual.

Contaminated mould test kits

Ordered mould test kits. Contaminated on receipt. Customer service cited user error and were unbothered. Offered refund only if we returned set, which we’d already disposed of since they were contaminated! The reviews that suggest they need to look at their customer service make a good point.

Poor service , unprofessional , do not deliver

They asked me to stay in as the delivery was due in I waited the whole day to cancel an important appointment, to have a message from a cheap company called DPD , claiming we missed you , because the driver, royal highness, did not ring the bell or knock or any just passed a distance out the door in the street, I saw him like a poisonous snake walking in the road not approaching the door or knocking ringing it ,as its obvious he already choked all the item in the depot earlier so he can do his own business and get double paid,
I called DPD to check, no one answered after waiting 17 minutes over the phone
when I called the healthy house to cancel,the surprise was I spoke to the rudest customer service you can ever imagine; she was laughing, shouting, and even saying inappropriate things; avoid this company, and hope with such reviews, they get closed down

Need to improve customer service

I've used Healthy House before without a problem but on this occasion I felt very let down. I'd bought an item which I found impossible to assemble. I contacted the manufacturer direct and they talked me through things to try but they didn't work. I thought there was a design fault and the manufacturer offered a refund at which point I realised I'd bought it through Healthy House who were less than helpful. Because I'd been trying to work it out for a while I'd gone over the 28 day return date, so was told I couldn't return it. To rub salt into the wound, I was told that even if I had contacted them within 28 days I could still not have returned it because I'd opened the item! As the retailer, they are obliged to deal with a dissatisfied customer but they simply wouldn't. They said these were the terms and conditions and refused to discuss it further. I contacted the manufacturer and, without hesitation, they offered me an upgraded version free of charge. Now that IS customer service! But Healthy House, never again.
