My became brittle after I ate too much Brazil nuts. Hair falling a lot after each hair washed. My hair was thinning on the top. I was worry and trying a lot of remedies to save my hair. Eventually I have taken Finasteride for. eight months and seeing progress. I take 1 mg every night before I go to bed. My hairs grow back on the thinning area. It will take at least 4 or 5 months before seeing progress.
