took over a month to receive my order, in which time i reached out numerous times and never got a response.

Received fast, my dog loves it. But I can only use it as a VERY SMALL SUPPLEMENT to her dog food because it is SO DAMNED EXPENSIVE...

I like the product (Missing Link for Dogs) and it came fairly quickly!

I ordered Percorten V and was told it was in stock although no one else has it. I asked the order taker to confirm and was told it was definitely in stock. On the day my dog required this lifesaving medication, it hadn't come. I again called the company and was told it was on back order. I asked for a supervisor to call because my dog was now considered in crisis. NEVER received a call back from anyone at "Healthy Pets." Misnomer.

I was able to get my order right away. Thank you.

The reason I subtracted a star is because of the time it took to receive the order. Maybe my expectations are distorted from using a larger supplier. But I did receive the items I ordered, which were on back order at many of the larger vendors, so happy for that. Also, if you don’t create an account, you can’t track your order, but I called to check on it and the customer service rep was very nice and very helpful!

Order came faster than expected. My dog is a bit picky about treats so of course he didn't like these but wrapped in a slice of sandwich meat and problem solved.

Easy to order. Arrived a day early.

This product is hard to obtain in my country and I am grateful for the international shipping service. It would be even better if the delivery is a little quicker but shouldn't complain as my parcel arrived safely. So far my cat's renal failure is under control.

Great Witch Hats! I had searched all over, and you were the only ones with the correct size. (The opening on the size large is 4"-4 1/2", perfect fit for an 18" doll). I appreciate the quick delivery.

The order came on time and in good shape.

We are returning the toothpaste which we did not open. We were already using the product and nearly ready for a new tube. We started using it every day and our kitty started acting strangely. Read the ingredients: Sorbitol and Dextrose are not good for kitties.

Ordering from the website was easy. The item was shipped right away. Delivery was slow, took longer fhan expected and tracking updates from FedEx didn't happen often. I think this was the fault of FedEx, the package didn't move thru their Ground shipment process very well, was stuck in one facility for days. UPS Ground would probably have been better than FedEx Ground.

I got my dogs Bumble balls within 2 weeks and they're loving them! The ball is a little smaller than the first one I had bought elsewhere but that's a plus cuz it works better for them since they're Pekingese 👌🏻

This company offers a wide range of quality pet products at very good prices. The site is user-friendly and transactions are seamless. I was also able to locate specific items there that I was unable to find at most places I searched. This company offers such a great service to us pet lovers.
