Simply outstanding!
I purchased a reading lamp about 16 months ago from Heamar, and it developed a fault. The lamp manufacturer offered a two year warranty and so I contacted Heamar. They were very helpful and said they would be back in touch after they had contacted the manufacturer.
Within two days they contacted me to confirm that they would replace the lamp. They did not require me to return it, but accepted my word. They even offered a refund, but I really liked the original product and so opted for a replacement. They kept me very well informed throughout the process.
Today an updated and improved version of the original lamp arrived for no charge.
This is outstanding customer service, and rare in today’s world. Heamar will be my first choice destination if I require any products they sell. Very well done indeed!

Excellent service! :-)
Cannot fault!
Excellent service, great prices with free 2 day shipping.
Part of my order was out of stock so they kindly split the shipping so I could receive the majority sooner rather than wait which was great. Then to my surprise the rest of the order arrived via 1st Class Recorded post 2 days later on Saturday, again somehting they did not have to do.
I will definately be going back for more!
