I bought a car from Hearsal common cars online as I live in Cornwall! I picked the car paid the deposit came down on the train the next day and picked up my new car 😎 staff were brilliant new MOT on the car I couldn’t of been happier so thanks again 😎

Needed a car in a hurry for work. Stewart and the team couldn't have been more helpful. Stew hooked me up with a a ceathar worked out cheaper that the one I was looking at. Very impressed. I will definitely be back again

I had i very nice experience at this garage and i found the staff to be friendly courteous and professional. I bought an older used car and was happy with the whole process.

My daughter wanted her first car, I couldn't quite remember the process (getting old and all that) and had my snob hat on thinking 'we aren't going to a used car sales venue', but anyway we were recommended Hearsall Common Car Sales and we decided to give them a go. The staff were very welcoming, the management are clearly very good in creating a good vibe. The whole process was very straight forward, we were shown multiple vehicles, gave detailed information on each, offered different deals and how it could benefit my daughter, we didn't feel in anyway pressured, we were left to it when we wanted time to browse the selection of vehicles have private chats, the end result was my girl got her dream first car with a decent deal and she couldn't be more happier, in turn this made me as a Dad happy. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. So many bad places out there, THIS IS NOT one of them. This place is real. Well done Hearsall Common Sales for making my girl happy - btw - as I type she's out cruising !

I got my little run around from here a couple of years ago and I go back for any after care the team are always very helpful. When I'm ready to upgrade it will be the first place I go to.. you can't put a price on great service and a team you can trust I would definitely recommend 👌

I had previously. been to the garage with my daughter and her friend and bout a great little Vauxhall Corsa for her that she is still driving 3 years care free later. So I took the plunge and got myself the bargain of the century that im simply. over the moon with. The service from dstart to finish the standard of vehicles and the quality of the after care where second to none. Had a great deal and brilliant service so much so my wife is now negotiating on a nice little 4x4 for herself for the winter. We bought a 1.0L eco boost fiesta from these boys and they were absolutely class from start to finish...

It was my partners car and she didn't feel very comfortable dealing with it herself, but after meeting them a couple times she didn't have that problem anymore. Really good guys and take their time with you, dont rush you to purchase the car, they really take their time to understand what you need out of the car and make sure its the correct car for your needs.

We heard a few rattles after buying it and with us both not being very knowledgeable with motors we rang them up and they took it straight back in and thoroughly checked it all, turned out to be nothing and the independent mechanic we used backed them up.

Brought a car from here and couldn’t of asked for a better service. Polite young men who went out of their way to help me choose the right car for me. Excellent customer service from start to finish will 100% definitely be recommending to friends and family. So happy with my purchase the car was immaculate inside and out on collection 12 months MOT, the staff even helped me tax the car before I left the showroom. Went here and my parents paid for a car in full. Was offered to take prior to insurance and being cleaned and we said no we will pick it up Monday but will pay for it all (no haggling - so full asking price). The weblink (auto trader) was removed and we believed this was because they had bought it. No. It was because they wanted more money than what we paid. The people there aren’t to blame as they were apologetic - the manager is to blame. If you buy from here don’t pay in full and if offered to take away do it before they change their mind. So disappointed that when you buy something in full and agreed that it isn’t fulfilled due to greed. Extremely poor customer relations and will never buy from here or their sister company as they cannot be trusted to fulfil commitments/agreements.
