I think that the algorithm to pick random winners is wrong. After trying for over almost 5yrs and nothing in the area of the UK I live I feel like there is something wrong, I would then ask the trading standards to investigate?

Heart radio should change its name to " The Gambling channel!" How can they guarantee, on a certain day someone will win a certain amount, when it's random! Do they comply with the Gambling rules?
A Britain Got Talent Judge should be ashamed of herself, someone in her position encouraging young people to gamble. These people are getting hooked on Gambling, not realising how much they are spending.
B G T Judge stand up for these young people, who admire you
and quite the radio show. Tell the world why you are quitting, Gambling is wrong.

THAT certain B G T has never responded to the above statement, only goes to prove she only interested in her own wealth and not the well-being of so many young people.
So sad!

Stop telling us the time every 5 mintues. I don't need to know its 8.27 just wait until 8.30.

Another fix in the Heart Competition.. dragging out the big prize to the last possible minute today.. so predictable and comical… just to get more people to ring in and take more money off them… should set so its totally random..

I enter the competitions on a daily basis and never get a surprise phone call you've been selected I'm beginning to think it's a complete con. Only seems to be northeners that win it, all I'm doing is running up my phone bill.

A 1 is way too much for this absolute rubbish. I’ve tried 2 emails and passwords and I can’t register. Heart and magic can go. Well you know. Total rubbish. Rubbish.

Absolutely sick of competition after competition on here. At the weekend they still go on and on about winning big with heart. This station should come with a gambling warning. I really feel for those who are really desperate for money, entering time and time again. I tune in for music not gambling.

The amount of times they play Do They Know It’s Christmas is beyond disgusting. The song is to be quite plain incredibly racist and derogatory. Not to mention outdated and ridiculous. The fact that they play a song that has lines in it that state Africa is basically full of a bunch of ignorant fools is unacceptable. According to Band Aid nothing ever grows in Africa and with no uncertainty are stating Africa is a dark, desolate place that also doesn’t snow. All of this is complete rubbish. Africa is a huge continent and has some of the most beautiful scenery, mountains and ecosystems in the entire world, more amazing than anything people in the Northern Hemisphere could ever imagine. Also people visit Lesotho to ski, How can you ski without snow hmmm? Of course I don’t expect someone from the UK to really care about these kind of things but I would never be caught dead singing this song. It should be banned. I would give this no stars if I could.

One of the best radio stations on the airwaves! The presenters are very friendly and upbeat - the station also plays a great selection of music - I listen to them all the time!

Honestly, I have to listen to this utter crap for 8 hours at work.
The same 20 songs all day every day!
How long did they want to play ‘cold, cold heart for’? Jesus, 18 months on repeat so far!

They genuinely don’t play one good track, not one!
Now it’s Christmas, they stick to the same 6 Christmas songs too, the variety is disgusting!! It’s the worst excuse of a radio station I’ve ever heard!
I genuinely cannot stand another second, will somebody near by just drop another CD into them? There’s literally billions on songs in existence and they play 20!
The amount of people at work that are close to a mental breakdown is unreal, don’t think I’m joking either!
What’s their motto? Feel good music? Variety? Hahahahahahahahahaha! If Heart radio was a physical thing, I’d burn it alive!

Entered the phone in competitions so many times and have never won a thing, it can become quiet addictive so watch out, they definitely have a way of sucking you in. Putting more people in debt

Absoulute scam playing on people's vulnerability the way the country is ,people try to win something to make things easier all they are interested in is how much money they can get ,heart fm you ought to be ashamed of themselves

Heart radio competition are totally dodgy and their online entry website is designed to just suck money out of you. Once you enter you are on their list for promotion and will send you sms about different (other) competition you can enter... will never try hearts competition again!

Amanda Holden laugh is terrible, attitude of Jamie Fixton is as bad as Amanda laugh. And Hearth Show Me The Money is annoying and dodgy.

Listening to this station for just 5 minutes alone hurts me on the inside, but now that I have no choice but to listen to it 6 hours a work shift? It kills me.

I listened to it back when they actually played songs from other decades, but when those decades got thrown away onto the app, it was a huge downgrade. For 2 years after, I was lucky to listen to other stations on Alexa, like Smooth Radio, Magic Radio and even Heart 80’s was better.

But now, I have no choice but to listen to the same 20 awful, repetitive, annoying, irritating, cringy, indistinguishable 2010’s garbage for 12 hours a week, including Ed Sheeran’s “Shivers”, Adele and George Ezra saying “You’d better throw a party on the day that I die”, whatever that’s meant to imply. And they have the gull to play one or two of these songs twice every 3 hours, which is painful and desperate.

Their transition jingles sounds like they just brushed their hands on a keyboard of random sound effects and voice recordings and called it a day. Irritating. Their latest prize game features a woman yelling “SHOW ME THE MONEEEEEYYYY!” 20 times every hour from 8am-4pm. Obnoxious.

And today, Remembrance Day, instead of not playing any music, adverts or announcements during the 2 minutes of silence, like every other radio station and person in the country is supposed to do, they literally played 2 minutes of indescribable sound effects. That’s pretty disrespectful IMO. And the instant those 2 minutes are over, they immediately go back to playing badly-made rave music again and the presenters never even talk about this important day once.

Heart FM is annoying, obnoxious, repetitive, grates on my ears and my mind, moves all the way-better songs to an app or Alexa and it sickens me that this is what everyone is forced to listen to because it’s on FM Radio.

“Turn up the feel-good”? More like “turn off the mumbling, techno rave garbage that makes me want to smash my head into the wall repeatedly”.

Honestly what do you have to do to get a call back ?
2 years and on going with your competition but never had the luck.Haha am I the unluckiest person down on earth here ?😭
