I have only had amazing experiences with this company! My mother bought me a painting and I decided I wanted to do a custom one from Heartful Diamonds since the quality of their products are top notch.

I 100% recommend this wonderful company to anybody who wants to get into diamond painting! The customer service is amazing, the products are great.

I have bought over 20 custom pictures. If I had any concerns in size or a problem, their customer service was always there to help. Love all my pictures they are perfect every time.

I got a custom 50x75 and loved it. The customer service was great (although a tad slow), and was able to give me a preview and size recommendation. The drill colours were on point and there were lots left over. The only reason I didnt give 5 star is because the DSA had wrinkles in it. Over all I'm happy and have already ordered 2 more customs.

Excellent communication all the time and the item did eventually arrived safe and sound . Many thanks. Will use again. Highly recommend.

I really really want to like this company.
But it's been 7 weeks now and my track and trace never even once updated since the 14th of february.
The fact that i spend 25 dollars for shipping is way to much to wait this long without any information if my order is even in europe or still in china.
The only thing i liked so far is the customer service.
I don't mind waiting long if i know where my package is, now i have no idea.
I will wait another week otherwise i will order it on ali express and ask for my money back. I will update what happens in the future.

Update:
I was told that it was shipped back to them. They asked me if i wanted to get it shipped again and it will take 1-2 weeks but probably less.
I agreed and now after waiting another week i just got an email that if they priority ship it to me i have to wait another two months (and that it with "priority shipping").
Yeah.. so i asked for my money back.
What a waste of my time. I will update again when and if i get my money back.
Just don't waste your time with this company if you live in the netherlands.

Update 2:
Got an email from them explaining what happend and they said it was shipped back to them.
Got an offer to get 30% off my order and that they will try again. Still waiting tho..

I did get my order sooner than thought. Had a lot of contact with Heather, she updated me everytime.
Did also get my promised refund. I did wait a long time but the reason i went with this company was the costumer service and i'm glad i did, they did do everything they could. Everything worked out well in the end.

This company is top notch! I got a large square diamond painting from another company (mistake) and Jean worked with me for weeks helping me match and purchase what I needed to complete it! They are super diligent, responsive and amazingly helpful! You can trust them with any and all of your purchases! They really are the best!

I just ordered & received my first Diamond Painting kit from Heartful Diamonds & I am so happy. It was delivered to me in just a matter of a few days. The quality is awesome! It comes all rolled up & sealed in a heavy duty tube, & the picture is Beautiful! I can’t wait to finish it. I have ordered over 50 DP kits from other companies & they don’t come close to my experience with this company. I will definitely be ordering from this company again & would highly recommend their products.

I am so please that I found this company that produces lovely diamond painting. It is my first attempt at this and I have ordered two paints. There was also a special offer so I encouraged my friend to order one too! I am happy to spread the word around. First class customer care too. Please, can you consider shipping to Malta? we found we cannot have direct shipping to our Island although we are in the EU. We had to send it to another country to be sent to us! I have ordered 3 custom diamond paintings from Heartful Diamonds. All 3 have turned out amazing. The last one I was missing some diamond drills (missing from all the commotion of the holidays) and I ordered the replacement drills and I didn't receive my order conformation, but had my paypal receipt. Contacted Heartful Diamonds through email and they were fast and prompt and drills were sent right away. I will definitely be ordering more project in the near future.

I ordered two custom paintings from other Companies ordered by Customers. The were dreadful. Couldn’t make out the faces. Lost customer, money and time. Then I came across Heartful Diamonds. Explained my situation and they sent me what it would look like. It’s a great idea, if you’re not happy they will help sort out the problem. Looking forward to receiving and working on it. Will then forward the two others and see if I can get my customer back.

This company is fantastic with custom orders! I have never been so pleased with my diamond paintings before! I recommend them for custom pieces to everyone i come across. Their customer service is 10/10!

If I could give them 0 or negative stars, I would. This is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of working with. I first ordered from them in the Spring of 2020- it took MONTHS for my order to arrive. When I started working on my art, there were pieces missing. I contacted the company back in August 2020 about replacing the missing pieces. It is now January 2021-almost a year from the original order- not only have I not gotten the missing pieces, but their customer service is literally arguing with me about it.

AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I haven’t gotten my painting yet but something happened with one of them (the painting was to small) and it was amazing that they didn’t make you pay the whole thing again and instead they just made you pay a really small amount to get the better size for your painting! The customer service is really something! I was struggling with paying that small amount of money since I don’t have a job due to....you know and got the money from Christmas, they were willing to hold onto the painting for a month to let me pay it! They are also really friendly and fast to reply! They have answered all of my questions in a really easy way to understand! Great for me because I have a pretty bad compression problem! And they made it so easy for me to understand! Thank team! Keep it up!!

Custom kit looks just like the photo submitted. Nice canvas, plenty of drills and a drill kit included. Other than slow shipping I am very pleased with this product and will order from Heartful Diamonds again. Customer service very prompt in answering any concerns!

It took a little longer than expected to arrive due to covid which I understood. The diamond painting I received was a custom one. It came out absolutely amazing! All of the diamonds fit perfectly. I had no issue what so ever. I will continue to order through this website! Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Diamond Art has been a wonderful way to spend time indoors during all these months of COVID 19. They are all fun, but my favorites are the custom kits. I was impressed that you took the time to email me with size suggestions, knowing that I might not be pleased with the results of the size I had selected.
