Easy to find what I wanted, but difficult to get to checkout. Then difficult to pay and get my items on the way...

I've never had a company respond so quickly and let me know that the ordered item has been shipped. What a relief not to have to wonder what the status of the order is.

It was too easy to place the order.....and the order shipped within less than 24 hours.

The package was delivered the day they said it would arrive. The box was a bit tore up. But I opened it up and everything was OK. all the parts were there. Now I will have a project for the missionaries to put together ❤ 🙂 for me.

Just discovered Heartland in process of shopping for a self start propane fuel electric generator. After shopping all the big box boys [wal mart, sam's, amazon, home Depot, etc.] found just what I was looking for at an unrivaled price, description, features! Head and shoulders above other offerings. On top of that... able to directly, immediately TALK TO A REAL PERSON !! (Sheri "with an I") having a real, down home warm interchange (Sheri a new hire herself). PERSONABLE. Bless Her Heart. Immediately felt TRUST. Sheri signed us up for all the appropriate programs. Ended with a most affordable bottom line! Competent placing our order, taking charge info !!! Warm friendly confident competence! What a welcome contrast to the usual modern "assembly line = algorithm ("talk to our robot") menu driven experience, Same day signed up as a customer and felt like "one of the family". iE "TAKEN GOOD CARE OF" Even informally dropped a few stories, yet all facts diligently recorded and quality assured! I checked out what product I wanted by comparison on Google. Then checked on Amazon. They had the brand but not the model I wanted but listed Heartland America as the supplier. Went to their site directly and found the model I wanted but ordering was easy and straightforward. I could even ship it to our family member who it was a gift for.
