I wish I hadn't bought these taps. They work but the upper sections on both taps are very wobbly and can't be tightened - very irritating and makes the taps feel very cheap and badly made. The cap on the hot tap keeps coming loose. And I was surprised that the hot tap turns on clockwise unlike all our other older taps. This is causing problems as my husband has dementia and keeps leaving the tap turned on, thus wasting vast quantities of hot water.
