David was very professional, knowledgeable about which boiler was suitable, quick to attend and to survey and quote for our new boiler. Which we needed especially as our old one was on its last legs and was not worth repairing. Answered further questions when I phoned him about our particular package especially on technical aspects of the installation. Engineer did a great job in getting our old boiler out,system drained down, pipework for new boiler in and adjusted to suit new Worcester Bosch combi boiler installed system filled and up and running all in the same day.

I really wanted to give a good review as the boiler was fitted no problem and the owner was very personable, but unfortunately there was issue after issue and the worst thing is, I was promised that things would be sorted after the job was finished such as one of the rads not heating up and stained ceilings from their leak but I am being ignored. We had two leaks, one has ruined my kitchen ceiling and the other was the boiler pipes, which thankfully was sorted that evening. They sent an in-experienced plumber to finish the shower and pipes to the rad in the kitchen and bless him he worked non stop but wasn't brilliant and left the rad not heating up and a leak to the valve. There was just issue after issue and it's been weeks since they finished the job and took my money and I still have one room that doesn't heat up and a water stained kitchen ceiling
I've had enough of the constant promises from the owner David to get it sorted. If you want good aftercare, don't bother using this company as you won't get it!

Price, workmanship and customer service were good. They did the boiler installation on time, as agreed and all went well. I will certainly recommend this company.

Great service all around! Everything was done as quick as possible and with great communication, both David and the engineers that came worked very professionally and very quick. Great experience with Heat for Homes from start to finish. Communication was great and David gave us lots of honest and clear information, as well as a range of quotes for different boilers. The engineer who came to install the boiler was also great - polite, respectful and quick. He was done sooner than expected and completely cleaned up after himself. He even bled rhe rediators and fixed a small leak in a radiator for us at no extra charge. We felt the price we paid was really reasonable for the quality of boiler and excellent quality
of service and would 100% book them again.

Qualified Gas boiler installers fitted a Combi boiler within our home, removing a redundant water tank, and water boiler.
Their work was professional, skillful, & they cleared mess up throughly .
This work was undertaken by qualified Gas fitters, installers. They work in teams of 2, oozing confidence to home owners.
A good pre assessment of works by the manager was undertaken when we enquired about a combi boiler replacement. David gave loads of details,information about the works, teams and materials used, & he sent a detailed choice of combi boilers available with price list .

Connor attended on 18.09.2023 and gets top marks for being polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He diagnosed the boiler fault; left briefly to buy the necessary part; fit it as well and serviced the boiler. The boiler worked for a couple of hours, but then became problematic again. David Brook (boss who schedules the appointments) is really charming and personable. There was a delay of several days, before another appointment could be arranged for a gas engineer (Liam) to attend on 23.09.2023, troubleshoot and purchase another part, which seems to have restored a constant hot water supply. Liam invested a lot of time and energy to resolve my boiler issue and could not have been more pleasant and diligent. David Brook apologised for the delay in scheduling another appointment quickly to rectify my boiler issue. That apology is appreciated.

When our boiler broke, David was quickly available to come take a look and offer advice. He was immediately friendly and knowledgeable and guided us through our options. The process was smooth and fast-moving, with two of his team coming to install a new boiler a few days later. Both installers were great and helped us understand everything. Overall, top-notch service, and we'll gladly call on Heat for Homes in the future.

Heat for Homes supplied and installed our new boiler a couple of years ago. They have come back and serviced it as well. David is always a pleasure to deal with and easy to reach by email and phone. The boiler was installed to a high standard and we were given plenty of information about our options.

I had installed a new sink and the job was great. The company came back to do the new tiles above the sink and at the end job was good.
