Excellent customer engagement and advice via e-mail. Ordered recommended parts that arrived next working day (although only 'standard' delivery specified). Obtained further advice via e-mail. Responses were always very quick, relevant and helpful. Kit did exactly what I wanted. Couldn't fault them.

I ordered a Salus IT500BM thermostat I paid £2.99 for delivery 3/10 days I received the thermostat the next day delivered by Fed Ex. Excellent service.

I am surpised there are bad reviews on here. I found them brilliant, item in stock, good price, replied promptly when I had a query and item arrived in double quick time ie a day early and that's with a BH .

Defenitely use them again

I bought a single zone underfloor heating unit from them. Unfortunately it is not well made: it needed packing out from the wall on 10mm spacers to clear the pump body.

More importantly, it simply does not work. The temperature regulation of the mixer valve is inconsistent and unreliable. I've been back and forth several times by email and phone trying stuff they suggested, to no avail.

What really annoys me is that I wrote a negative (but fair and balanced) review of the product on their website a couple of days ago and so far, they have not allowed that to be published.

Paid for next day delivery. Did not arrive until 2 days later. Poor response while i pushed to find where parcel was and asking for cancellation due to not arriving on time. Now no response with wanting to return item for refund.
Awful service which lost my company a job.

Absolute criminals. I ordered 10 valves from these people. I did not know the part number and relied on the photo of the item which was exactly what I needed. When the items arrived at least a month after ordering, the parts were completely different from the photo. Not the same dimensions, not the same material, the part did not resemble the part I ordered in any way.

I contacted them and had zero luck working with them. They said I had to ship the items back for a refund. Seeing as they are in the UK and I am in the USA I asked them to send a label and for them to pay for return shipping seeing as they shipped the wrong part. They refused. The original order was $160. It cost me $39 to ship them back.

If that is not bad enough these criminals only refunded me for the cost of the items and refused to refund the original shipping costs of $23.36 to ship the wrong part to me.

If this is not bad enough they also removed the photo from the item on their website. To me this is an admission that they know they are dishonest criminals.

I contacted visa to dispute the claim and was told that even though they personally agree
with me, the seller contract says that they do not refund for shipping.

I know any court in the land would rule in my favor but it just is not worth suing for such
a small amount.

Do business with these criminals at your own risk.

Disgusted at their service, I had ordered 3 trv radiator valve adaptors and paid for next day delivery, on arriving home the delivery hadn't been made. Emailed HCOL and they gave me the delivery number but told me not to ring FEDEX until after 5, conveniently as HCOL close for the weekend. On speaking to FEDEX I was told that they never received the package and the sender is well aware of that. I have asked for a full refund and will update accordingly. For ever ones information this was a personal transaction but in my professional career I project manage jobs between 5 and 60 million pounds and deal with a vast amount of companies everyday and things often get delayed for one reason or another but most companies have the decency to tell you the truth not lead you along.

Wireless Control Thermostat for Combi-Boiler.

I purchased an electronic wireless control for my 8-year old Ideal Esprit HE 30 combi-boiler to replace a defective mechanical one.

Excellent customer support when checking if it was the correct one for my boiler. Competitive pricing too.

It arrived quickly, was easy to fit with no modification required and has worked reliably for the last two weeks.

Replacement TRV heads, came 2nd day after order, good range of items.

I was looking for some radiator valves to work with the Danfoss Living Eco electronic TRVs (thermostatic radiator valves). This company had the angled valves, but I couldn't find the straight valve on their website. In fact the product wasn't listed on their website at all, but within 24 hours they had added the product to their catalogue and e-mailed me a link. I placed an order around 6pm, (I missed their 3pm cutoff for next day delivery), and everything arrived 40 hours later. These days it seems less and less common to find a company that offers a reasonably priced, efficient service, so a company like this stands out.
