Had a really great time - had never tried contrast therapy before but Jasmine lead us through and we loved it. The place is beautifully calming and very clean. We all feel energised and refreshed.

Great new therapy facility in Pembroke
This is a new business in Pembroke which has 2 saunas, one infra red and one Finnish. It also has 2 ice baths and a ice bucket challenge and ice shower. It is a great new facility within Pembroke. My husband and I enjoyed it and would be regular users if we were closer. We found it by accident and it was an amazing therapy experience. Yasmine has worked hard to make this a peaceful space and has done very well. She also runs a walking club once a week. I give her 10 out of 10 for a great service.
