Very unhappy RIPPED off customer
Very unhappy, asked the price and wasn't given it was told he wasn't sure (this is the owner) until he assessed my hair and would give me a quotation before he started. He looked at my hair and disappeared and another lady started on my hair. He returned after 45 minarets. Then when it came to pay they charged my £550. I paid as I felt I had no other option. On further reflection I rang a few other salons who were quoting £200-£250 including the hair and fitting it. Funny how they could all price over the phone but not Hector. Went back to the salon, Hector didn't want to give a part refund to bring it in line with the other quotes and said he would take it out. After he took it out he tried holding back £250 for labour. What a complete joke. He said he must have forgot to give me the labour price on the phone due to jet lag. Overall a friendly salon but don't be falled they make you feel relaxed as it's easier to intimidate someone into paying. If you do decide to use this salon MAKE SURE YOU GET A QUOTATION AS HE WILL AND I REPEAT WILL RIP YOU OFF. There are lots of better salons in London - do some research.
