My elderly mother with Dementia used this shop . We thought it would be easier for her as small and local . We took her and she ordered a carpet and underlay and grip roads . The carpet looked like it had been thrown down , no underlay or grip rods used had also left a hole in the wall like a boot . Took my mums cash aged 84 and left . The shop have relaid the carpet know but the fitter is saying the hole in the wall was already there even though I have sent photos as only painted it on the Saturday and then took a photo after fitter left . I have emailed for the attention of Scott the director has not even had the courtesy to reply to me . We have had to pay for the repair ourselves . Stay away from this shop

Fitted carpet which soon frayed and tufts falling out made parts of carpet bald, baggy on stairs and part of carpet was laid the wrong way. Carpet should last a good 5 years however after 3, parts were falling off stairs, bald patches and carpet very baggy. Owner did send someone round to fix it but they said it was fitted by cowboys. Owner then refused to do anything as it had been over a year. Said nothing he could do as original fitters have left the company! When I disputed this, he ignored me.
Terrible quality and customer service!! Do not use!!

They laid a wet room floor with shoddy corner joints, a burn mark in the middle and it wasn't water tight. When I complained they initially had lots of excuses but eventually admitted it wasn't a good enough job. It took another 3 visits, 2 weeks and endless phone calls before the job was finished satisfactorily. The work was for my 92 year old mother who was left without a toilet for 24 hours.
