The HEG Group have purchased several hosting and domain registration companies. one of them being domainmonster.com. Domainmonster used to provide a fantastic service but unfortunately since being taken over by the HEG Group has since provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is no response from the support team and customers are left with websites being offline and domain names unable to be transferred in or out. The customer service is NON EXISTENT. Clients are unable to transfer their domains out of domainmonster as there is ZERO response. The HEG Group must take responsibility and be held accountable for many website owners loss of earnings. Be aware taht the HEG Group own 123 Reg, Domainmonster and GoDaddy so they do have a lot of 'clout' and are abusing their authority. There are plenty other hosting companies and domain registration companies to use as alternatives. Avoid HEG companies GoDaddy, 123 Reg & Domainmonster and save a lot of stress and hassle for your ventures online.

Do not use these low lives. They are the people behind all the fake domain renewal spam / fraud you receive and have several hacker groups targetting them because of it.
